Frequently asked questions
Hit the profit target for your plan while staying within the daily loss and maximum drawdown limits, and trade the minimum number of days. Once every target is met, your account is reviewed and automatically upgraded to the next phase or to funded.
You can request a payout once your funded account meets the minimum profit, minimum trading days and consistency requirements shown on your Payouts page. The Request button appears on each eligible account — if it doesn’t, tap the status badge to see exactly what’s left.
Approved payouts are processed within 24 hours to your default payout method. You can add, edit or change destinations any time under Settings → Payout methods.
Every plan publishes its own daily loss limit and maximum overall drawdown. You can track exactly how much of each you’ve used in real time from your account dashboard, so you always know where you stand.
CFD accounts support MetaTrader 5, TradeLocker and Match-Trader. Futures accounts run on Tradovate and DeepCharts. Your login credentials are available from each account’s menu.
Go to Settings → Verification and complete the Veriff flow. It usually takes a few minutes and is required before your first payout is released.
